Join ZR Talent Group's remote specialist network as a Remote Data Privacy & PII Redaction Compliance Specialist — AI Research & Domain Evaluation earning $31 - $60/hour. Working asynchronously from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa, you will apply your practical background in PII, Data Privacy, Document Review, Quality Assurance to benchmark frontier artificial intelligence models, identify failure modes, and elevate domain-specific accuracy.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Review and analyze extensive business data sets for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Conduct thorough document review with strict adherence to data privacy and PII protocols.
• Identify, flag, and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Deliver detailed feedback and recommendations on data findings to inform AI training processes.
• Spot-check already transformed data to verify PII is properly redacted or anonymized, and flag anything missed.
• Ensure compliance with all established data privacy and security guidelines throughout project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in PII, Data Privacy, Document Review, Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Experience handling large data sets containing PII and sensitive material.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and best practices.
• Background in document review, data quality assurance, or audit projects.
• Hands-on redaction, anonymization, or de-identification experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
• Remote work experience; background as a Privacy Analyst, Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, or Compliance Analyst is a plus.

• Compensation Band: $31 - $60/hour
