Privacy Policy & U.S. Business Data Protection Notice
Strict U.S. Companies Only Eligibility Notice
ZoomReferral (zoomreferral.com) is directed exclusively to businesses formed and operating within the United States (U.S.). All corporate data licensing offers ($100,000 to $2,000,000+), the 60-second eligibility assessment, the executive webinars, and the referral partner / Capital Scout program (which requires a valid U.S. IRS Form W-9 for payouts) are strictly limited to U.S. corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and commercial entities, and their authorized representatives who are U.S. residents at least 18 years of age. International or non-U.S. companies are not eligible for this offer.
Important Distinction: Website Contact Records vs. Your Company's Software Archives
ZoomReferral NEVER collects, uploads, accesses, or stores your company's underlying operational software archives, internal messages, database exports, or customer personally identifiable information (PII) on zoomreferral.com.
When you use zoomreferral.com, we collect only your B2B contact details, webinar registration choices, and high-level answers to our 7-question eligibility quiz (such as your role, industry sector, approximate headcount range, years in business, and which software tools your team uses). If your U.S. business qualifies and you choose to proceed to our principal U.S. AI data-buyer partner's intake portal, any subsequent sample evaluation or archive licensing occurs directly between your company and the principal buyer under a separate Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Data License Agreement, protected by a strict two-person executive identity firewall and an independent third-party PII scrubbing specialist.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy & Our Role
This Privacy Policy & U.S. Business Data Protection Notice (“Privacy Policy”) explains how ZoomReferral (“ZoomReferral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses business-to-business (“B2B”) information when you visit https://zoomreferral.com and its subpages (including /valuation, /partners, /webinars/*, and /legal, collectively the “Site”), register for or attend our executive briefings, complete our 7-question corporate qualification questionnaire, or interact with emails sent from the ZoomReferral Business Data Desk ([email protected]).
ZoomReferral operates as an independent B2B origination, preliminary eligibility screening, and educational briefing portal for U.S. companies and commercial referral partners. When you elect to submit an intake profile or register as a referral partner/scout on our principal U.S. AI data-buyer partner's platform, information you submit directly on that third-party platform is governed by that principal buyer's respective privacy policy, mutual NDA, and commercial agreements.
2. Categories of B2B Information We Collect
Because the Site is designed strictly for U.S. commercial representatives acting in a professional capacity, the information we collect is limited to B2B contact, qualification, and session telemetry records:
A. Webinar Registration & Business Contact Information
When you register for an executive webinar briefing or submit an inquiry, we collect your First Name (or Full Name), Work Email Address, Company Name, optional Business Phone Number, selected webinar session time, and local timezone.
B. 7-Question Corporate Eligibility Quiz Responses
When you complete our 60-second “See If You Qualify” assessment on the homepage or inside a webinar broadcast room, we record your responses to seven non-sensitive business profile questions: (1) corporate role/title category, (2) years of continuous software operating history, (3) primary industry sector, (4) approximate company workforce size, (5) categories of business software used (e.g., Slack, Teams, CRM, ServiceTitan, Procore, QuickBooks, Call Recordings), (6) whether at least 70% of company records are in English, and (7) whether you hold ownership, executive, or administrative authority to authorize a licensing evaluation, along with the resulting qualification status (Qualified or Not Qualified). Zero files or software exports are requested or collected.
C. Executive Briefing Watch-Time & Interaction Telemetry
To deliver relevant follow-up information and avoid sending redundant messages, our webinar broadcast player and waiting room log session progression events to our Cloudflare D1 database (zoomreferral-db), including: webinar slug and angle (vsl_video_name, vsl_angle), waiting room arrival, broadcast room entry, audio unmute action (unmuted_audio), countdown bumper skip (skipped_bumper), maximum playback duration in seconds (max_watch_seconds) and percentage (watch_percent) via 10-second heartbeats, video completion (completed_video), attendance segment classification (registered, waiting_room, early_dropoff, watched_majority, completed, clicked_cta), and CTA button interactions.
D. Technical, Device, Attribution & LocalStorage Data
When you access the Site, our edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, tag ID G-3EYHD6QB47) automatically log standard technical metadata including IP address, browser user-agent, device category (desktop, mobile, tablet), referring URL, UTM campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), and browser localStorage keys (zr_webinar_lead_v1, wj_reg_id, wj_first_name, wj_email, wj_company) used to remember your active webinar session and pre-fill your name in the broadcast room.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the B2B information we collect solely for legitimate commercial purposes, including:
- Operating Executive Webinars & Waiting Rooms: Provisioning your personalized waiting room countdown and broadcast room link, and tracking session attendance.
- Pre-Screening U.S. Corporate Eligibility: Determining whether your U.S. business meets the preliminary software history, workforce size, English-language record (>70%), and administrative authority criteria required by our principal U.S. AI data-buyer partner.
- Sending Transactional & Behavioral Briefing Emails: Delivering registration confirmations, session start alerts, replay/summary notes, and qualification next steps from
ZoomReferral Business Data Desk <[email protected]>tailored to whether you attended, left early, completed the briefing, or completed the qualification check. - Facilitating Referral Attribution & Partner Origination: Routing qualified U.S. corporate sellers and prospective Capital Scouts/brokers to our principal buyer partner's official intake or partner signup portal under our commercial referral arrangement.
- Site Performance, Analytics & Security: Measuring aggregate page performance via Google Analytics 4 (
G-3EYHD6QB47), debugging technical errors, and protecting the Site against automated scraping, bots, or fraudulent submissions.
4. How We Share & Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party data brokers or consumer mailing lists. We disclose B2B contact and pre-qualification records only in the following limited commercial circumstances:
- Principal U.S. AI Data-Buyer Partner (Commercial Origination & Attribution): When you qualify and click through to submit a corporate intake profile or register as a referral partner/scout, or when we register a qualified U.S. corporate introduction within the principal buyer's 90-day deal registration window, relevant business contact and qualification metadata may be shared with the principal buyer to establish referral attribution and facilitate your evaluation.
- Infrastructure & Cloud Service Providers: We use enterprise cloud infrastructure providers—primarily Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 database storage, and Cloudflare Email Routing/Sending) and Google LLC (Google Analytics 4)—acting as service providers/processors bound to process data strictly on our behalf.
- Legal Compliance & Protection of Rights: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request within the United States, or when necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the security and rights of ZoomReferral, our partners, or the public.
- Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets.
5. Email Communications, CAN-SPAM & One-Click Unsubscribe
When you register for a webinar briefing or submit your work email on the Site, you consent to receive transactional and follow-up commercial emails from ZoomReferral Business Data Desk ([email protected]) regarding your session, your qualification status, and corporate data licensing opportunities.
In strict compliance with the U.S. Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) and RFC 8058 One-Click Unsubscribe standards:
- Every email includes a functioning, one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer and native
List-Unsubscribe/List-Unsubscribe-Postheaders (`https://zoomreferral.com/api/email?action=unsubscribe`). - Clicking “Unsubscribe” immediately flags your record (
unsubscribed = 1) in our Cloudflare D1 database and permanently suppresses all future automated follow-up emails. - You may also opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] or replying “Unsubscribe” to any email from
[email protected].
6. U.S. State Privacy Rights (Texas TDPSA, California CCPA/CPRA, VA, CO, CT & Other States)
Depending on your U.S. state of residence—including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and similar U.S. state privacy statutes—you may have the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to applicable B2B or statutory exemptions:
- Right to Know & Access: Request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of the specific pieces of information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to statutory exceptions (such as maintaining suppression/unsubscribe records or legal compliance logs).
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained in our records.
- Right to Opt Out of “Sale,” “Sharing,” or Targeted Advertising: While we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, use of third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics 4) may be considered “sharing” or processing for cross-context behavioral analytics under certain state laws. You can opt out immediately at any time on our Cookies & Privacy Choices (`/cookies`) page or by broadcasting a browser-level Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which our Site honors automatically.
- Right to Non-Discrimination & Appeal: We will never discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If we decline to take action on a request, you may appeal our decision by emailing [email protected] with the subject line
Privacy Appeal.
How to Submit a Privacy Request: To exercise any of your U.S. privacy rights, email [email protected] (or [email protected]) with your name, work email address, company name, and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will verify your request using your email address on file and respond within the timeframe required by applicable U.S. state law (typically within 15 to 45 days).
7. Notice to Non-U.S. Visitors & International Entities (U.S.-Only Service)
ZoomReferral is operated within the United States and is intended exclusively for businesses formed and operating in the United States and individuals residing in the United States.
We do not market to, solicit, or accept corporate data licensing applications or referral partner registrations from companies outside the United States (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, Asia, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions). If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be advised that you are not eligible to participate in the corporate data licensing program or partner referral program, that you should not submit personal information to the Site, and that any information transmitted to the Site is processed and stored on servers located in the United States subject solely to U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.
8. Data Security, Retention & Children's Privacy

Registration and qualification records are stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database (zoomreferral-db).
Retention Period: We retain B2B webinar registration, qualification, and attribution records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy, track 90-day and multi-quarter B2B referral attribution, honor email unsubscribe preferences, and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, unless you submit a valid deletion request.
Strictly 18+ Commercial Audience: The Site is restricted to adult business professionals at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
