ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote Human Data Manager, New Grad — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($50 - $100 / hr). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in Project Management, Data Operations, Quality Analyst, Human Data with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Architect and oversee from initial concept through completion data pipelines supporting accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis..
• Define and track operational performance metrics to optimize operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making..
• Examine multi-source datasets to surface operational insights and present recommendations that accelerate efficiency..
• Partner across engineering, product, and operations teams to align data strategies with overarching business objectives..
• Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards tracking key metrics and workflow improvements..
• Iteratively optimize workflows to guarantee scalability, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards..
• Take proactive, hands-on ownership of identifying and solving operational challenges..

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance or other related fields.
• Technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Working knowledge of operational processes and a passion for increasing efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong drive to learn, thrive under pressure, and a willingness to work hard within a high-velocity remote workflow.
• Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail in managing data quality and validation.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Background in engineering or technical fields with operational focus or human data projects.
• Practical background using data visualization tools (such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (such as Python, SQL).
