Remote Korean Native Linguist & Cultural AI Model Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Korean Native Linguist & Cultural AI Model Reviewer ($65 - $98/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of Communication, Bilingual, Linguists to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Evaluate and generate Korean language content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Analyze Korean text and spoken material to ensure natural usage and idiomatic correctness.
• Provide detailed feedback and linguistic annotations to enhance AI language understanding.
• Translate and localize materials between Korean and English, prioritizing contextual meaning over literal translation.
• Collaborate with project participants to refine data collection and annotation processes.
• Contribute to the development of language guidelines and resources tailored for AI training purposes.
• Participate in regular written and verbal communication to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in Communication, Bilingual, Linguists.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and advanced English language skills.
• Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail in both languages.
• Demonstrated experience working with language data or content review in a professional context.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and linguistic insight in a clear, collaborative manner.
• Working knowledge of language technology, digital content platforms, or AI-driven projects is a plus.
• Strong intercultural awareness and sensitivity to nuances in Korean language usage.
