Remote Spanish-Language Consumer Reviewer — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Spanish-Language Consumer Reviewer — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($20 - $30/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of domain analysis and structured evaluation to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Read sample questions and answers in Spanish and English.
• Tell us whether the wording sounds natural, clear, and easy to follow.
• Point out words or phrases that feel confusing, stiff, or like a bad translation.
• Give honest, specific feedback in your own words, and suggest simple changes.
• Who We’re Looking For
• Spanish-dominant or fluently bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Recent personal experience with a US government service or document
• Comfortable with basic online tasks, such as filling out a form
• Clear, honest feedback
• US-based

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in the relevant domain.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule

• Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
