Join ZR Talent Group's remote specialist network as a Remote Human Data Manager — AI Research & Domain Evaluation earning $40 - $60/hour. Working asynchronously from anywhere in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa, you will apply your practical background in Project Management, Data Operations, Quality Analysis, Human Data to benchmark frontier artificial intelligence models, identify failure modes, and elevate domain-specific accuracy.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Architect and oversee from initial concept through completion data pipelines supporting accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis..
• Define and track operational performance metrics to optimize operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making..
• Examine multi-source datasets to surface operational insights and present recommendations that accelerate efficiency..
• Partner across engineering, product, and operations teams to align data strategies with overarching business objectives..
• Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards tracking key metrics and workflow improvements..
• Iteratively optimize workflows to guarantee scalability, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards..
• Take proactive, hands-on ownership of identifying and solving operational challenges..

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Working knowledge of operational processes and a passion for increasing efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong drive to learn, thrive under pressure, and a willingness to work hard within a high-velocity remote workflow.
• Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail in managing data quality and validation.
