ZR Talent Group is recruiting a qualified Remote English Voice Recording — ZR Talent Group for a 100% remote contract opportunity ($20 - $70/hour) open to candidates across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa. In this specialist engagement, you will collaborate with advanced AI research teams to design domain-specific evaluation scenarios, audit complex model reasoning, and establish gold-standard reference solutions in Native English, Sound recording, Clear and Natural spoken english, Attention to detail.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Read provided English prompts aloud, accurately and naturally, following the pronunciation and pacing guidelines.
• Follow the instructions for each prompt exactly — including reading answer choices when the task asks for it — without adding your own responses or interpretations.
• Record and submit clear audio files using the tools or platform provided.
• Keep your delivery consistent across sessions: same clarity, same enunciation, same pace.
• Re-record and resubmit when a take doesn’t meet the quality standard.
• Flag prompts that are unclear, ambiguous, or have technical problems instead of guessing how to read them.
• Stay in touch with project coordinators to align on quality expectations.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in Native English, Sound recording, Clear and Natural spoken english, Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Native or near-native English speaker, with clear and natural spoken delivery.
• Able to read written text aloud smoothly, without stumbling or flattening it into a monotone.
• Meticulous analytical precision and the discipline to follow instructions exactly, every time.

• Comfortable working independently and submitting on schedule.
• Practical background using voice work, audiobook narration, voiceover, or audio recording tools is a plus, but not required.
