Accounts Payable Analyst — Enterprise AI Solutions & Strategy

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst — Enterprise AI Solutions & Strategy ($90,000 - $130,000/year, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of Accounts Payable, High-volume invoice processing to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support payroll processing and ensure the correct application of payroll taxes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment inquiries
• Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance and completeness
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Continuously seek process improvements to streamline AP operations

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, preferably in high-volume settings
• Strong knowledge of payroll functions and payroll tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex discrepancies
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Working knowledge of large ERP/accounting systems
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $70,000 –$90,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.
