Remote Primary Care Physician — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Primary Care Physician — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($80 - $285/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of Primary Care, Clinical Medicine, Patient Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment Planning to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Audit, critique, and score primary care and general medicine scenarios.
• Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, clinical findings, and other relevant information.
• Apply clinical reasoning to identify appropriate differential diagnoses and next steps.
• Evaluate proposed treatment and patient management approaches based on established clinical practices.
• Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify incorrect, unclear, or potentially misleading clinical information.
• Supply detailed, transparent explanations and evidence-based reasoning for your evaluations.
• Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks using your healthcare expertise.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in Primary Care, Clinical Medicine, Patient Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment Planning.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or a related clinical field.
• Relevant medical education, qualifications, or professional certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.
• Working knowledge of current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.
• Prior Human Data experience, such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule

• Compensation Band: $80 - $285/hour
