ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote Usability Tester — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($20 - $30/hour). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in domain analysis and structured evaluation with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.
Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Read short questions and answers on government services.
- Tell us where you felt confused, lost, or stuck, in your own words.
- Say what was easy to follow and what was not.
- Suggest simple changes that would make something clearer.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Adults who do everyday tasks on a phone or the web, even basic ones

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria
- Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in the relevant domain.
- Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
- Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

- Living in a rural or smaller community. We want a mix of regions.

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule
- Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
- Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home with flexible asynchronous scheduling
