Remote Dentist (DDS/DMD) - Dental Technology — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Dentist (DDS/DMD) - Dental Technology — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($80 - $285/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Audit, critique, and score dental cases, treatment plans, and clinical workflows based on real-world experience.
• Analyze dental radiographs, digital impressions, intraoral scans, and other dental imaging outputs.
• Evaluate workflows using dental practice management software, digital imaging tools, CAD/CAM systems, and treatment planning platforms.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide clear, detailed feedback based on clinical knowledge and dental best practices.
• Create and review realistic dental scenarios based on practical clinical experience.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate dental-related content to improve AI model accuracy and quality.
• Document findings and provide clear written explanations and recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification with proven clinical dentistry experience and an active dental license.
• Hands-on experience using dental software and digital dentistry tools in clinical practice.
• Practical background using dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, 3Shape, CEREC, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of dental practice management, digital imaging, CAD/CAM, and treatment planning workflows.
• Prior Human Data experience, including data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI model evaluation, or similar projects (required).
• Experience reviewing dental imaging, digital treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide structured feedback.

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule

• Compensation Band: $80 - $285/hour
