Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Counselor — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($35 - $50/hour). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in Medicare, Spanish, Benefits, Outreach with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like what real people ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise (Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans, or National Parks).
• Assess and benchmark model-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, mistranslations, and wording that is unclear or unnatural.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Native or professional Spanish and English
• Demonstrated background in at least one of: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services
• 1+ years counseling or assisting the public in that area (benefits counselor, case manager, community health worker, or similar)
• US-based
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week, with more availability toward the end of the project
• Clear, precise writing in both languages

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Practical background using more than one of the areas above
• Experience interpreting or translating professionally
• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials in Spanish
• Experience helping a diverse range of clients, including rural and low-literacy communities

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule

• Compensation Band: $35 - $50/hour
• Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home with flexible asynchronous scheduling
