ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote Family Law Attorney (AAML Registered) — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($140 - $400/hour). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in family law expertise, legal research, legal writing, case analysis with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents to generate accurate legal insights for AI training purposes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
• Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law (e.g., custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements).
• Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
• Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in family law expertise, legal research, legal writing, case analysis.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.
