Remote BigLaw lawyers (Litigation/Corporate/M&A) — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote BigLaw lawyers (Litigation/Corporate/M&A) — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($140 - $400/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of legal analysis, legal research, legal drafting, written communication to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
• Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in legal analysis, legal research, legal drafting, written communication.
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

• Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.
• Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
