Video Content Lead — Enterprise AI Solutions & Strategy

ZR Talent Group is recruiting a qualified Video Content Lead — Enterprise AI Solutions & Strategy for a 100% remote contract opportunity ($90,000 - $150,000/year) open to candidates across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa. In this specialist engagement, you will collaborate with advanced AI research teams to design domain-specific evaluation scenarios, audit complex model reasoning, and establish gold-standard reference solutions in Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, DaVinci, Cinema 4D.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead the visual direction and execution of high-quality video and motion content.
• Create polished UI and product animations, including interfaces, dashboards, terminals, code, workflows, and cinematic transitions.
• Develop visual concepts from scratch, not just execute existing storyboards.
• Create more experimental brand motion using particles, data effects, distortion, depth, 3D, and generative elements.
• Translate complex AI and software concepts into visuals that feel clear, technical, and engaging.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams on launches and campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Strong portfolio in motion design, product animation, and tech-focused visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and strong experience with Figma.
• Practical background using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools.
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Ability to independently develop concepts and take work from idea to final execution.
• Strong visual taste with a polished, technical, futuristic aesthetic.
• Preferred
• Product and real-time motion tools such as Rive, Lottie, or Jitter.
• Generative AI tools such as Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, Midjourney, or similar.
• Node-based generative workflows such as ComfyUI, Weavy, or Flora.
• Procedural and generative tools such as Houdini, TouchDesigner, p5.js, Three.js, shaders, or similar.

Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule

• Compensation Band: $90,000 - $150,000/year
