Role Overview & Full Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Tort & Personal Injury Litigation Counsel — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($100 - $170/hour, 100% remote) to join ZR Talent Group. Contributors in this role draw upon real-world mastery of legal reasoning, issue-spotting, document review, personal injury law to evaluate AI-generated deliverables, construct detailed grading rubrics, and guide post-training model alignment.
Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- -Analyze legal scenarios to identify key issues, assess liability, and apply sound legal judgment.
- Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
- Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.
Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria
- J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.
- At least 3+ years of practicing law, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
- Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
- Exceptional written English precision and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule
- Compensation Band: $100 - $170/hour
- Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home with flexible asynchronous scheduling
