Role Overview & Full Requirements
ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote English Voice Coach — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($40 - $65/hour). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in domain analysis and structured evaluation with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.
Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings.
- Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the speaker's target accent or region.
- Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns.
- Identify inconsistencies or unnatural elements in spoken English.
- Supply detailed, transparent and structured feedback on audio recordings.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria
- Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of your native/regional English accent.
- Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Meticulous analytical precision.
- Ability to provide clear written feedback in English.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes
- Demonstrated background in voice coaching, voice-over, or speech analysis.
- Background in music, audio engineering, or sound production.
- Demonstrated background in linguistics, phonetics, language teaching, media, or communications.
- Previous experience analyzing or evaluating speech/audio recordings is a plus.
Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule
- Compensation Band: $40 - $65/hour
- Work Model: 100% Remote / Work From Home with flexible asynchronous scheduling
