ZR Talent Group is recruiting a qualified Remote Consumer Reviewer — AI Research & Domain Evaluation for a 100% remote contract opportunity ($20 - $30/hour) open to candidates across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa. In this specialist engagement, you will collaborate with advanced AI research teams to design domain-specific evaluation scenarios, audit complex model reasoning, and establish gold-standard reference solutions in domain analysis and structured evaluation.
Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Read sample questions about government services, such as Medicare, and tell us whether they sound like something a real person would ask.
- Review model-generated answers and tell us what is clear, helpful, or confusing.
- Give honest, specific feedback in your own words.
- Suggest simple changes that would make a question or answer easier to understand.
- Who We’re Looking For
- Recent personal experience with Medicare or another U.S. government service
- Comfortable with basic online tasks, such as filling out a form

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria
- Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in the relevant domain.
- Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
- Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.
Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes
- Living in a rural or smaller community.
- Experience helping a spouse, parent, or friend with a government service
Compensation, Remote Eligibility & Schedule
- Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
