Remote Behavioral Analyst — AI Research & Domain Evaluation

ZR Talent Group has an active remote opening for a Remote Behavioral Analyst — AI Research & Domain Evaluation ($20 - $70/hour). This flexible work-from-home role pairs experienced practitioners in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns) with leading machine learning laboratories to author high-difficulty prompts, verify factual and technical rigor, and refine multi-step reasoning outputs.

Prior experience building machine learning systems is not required—our research partners value authentic practitioner judgment, domain rigor, and clear analytical writing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Analyze text, audio, and video data to identify and categorize behavioral cues such as tone, gesture, and speech patterns.
• Provide detailed annotations and explanations that support AI model development in understanding nuanced human behavior.
• Develop scenario-based training materials drawing from real-world behavioral expertise.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine annotation guidelines and ensure quality deliverables.
• Review, evaluate, and offer feedback on model-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness.
• Document insights and best practices for interpreting complex interpersonal interactions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement through subject matter expertise.

Required Qualifications & Technical Criteria

• Demonstrated professional or advanced academic background in behavioral analysis, annotation, scenario-based training development, identifying behavioral cues (tone, gesture, speech patterns).
• Strong analytical writing and critical evaluation skills in English.
• Self-directed work ethic suited for an asynchronous, 100% remote research environment.

Preferred Experience & Bonus Attributes

• Background in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching, or a related field involving behavioral observation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify subtle changes in tone, speech, body language, and gestures.
