Operating at the intersection of enterprise data governance and foundation model alignment, ZR Talent Group is conducting an executive search for a distinguished Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) — Frontier AI Research & Benchmarking ($50 - $100/hour). This institutional engagement tasks qualified domain authorities in Operations, Conflicting Policy Arbitration, CRM Ownership and Data Model, Compliance-Constrained Operations Design with establishing empirical benchmark standards, auditing complex model reasoning chains, and validating multi-step autonomous workflows under strict enterprise evaluation criteria.

Operational Scope & Core Responsibilities

• Work through realistic revenue operations scenarios — CRM data models, process design, configuration tradeoffs — and explain the reasoning behind each choice.
• Resolve conflicts between operational policies: which rule takes precedence, why, and what you would deliberately leave unchanged.
• Design workflows that hold up under compliance constraints like approvals, access controls, and audit requirements.
• Diagnose revenue data problems — duplicates, broken lifecycle states, inconsistent metric definitions — and explain how you’d find the root cause and prevent recurrence.
• Flag ambiguous or underspecified scenarios instead of resolving them silently.
• 4+ years hands-on in SaaS revenue, sales, CS, or implementation operations — not adjacent or management-only exposure.

• Direct CRM ownership (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with configuration experience, plus two or more connected tools: billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking.
• Track record of resolving policy conflicts and explaining tradeoffs, ideally in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product environments.
• Able to explain your reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
